Return Policy

Please Note: You must call us before returning your products. You will be issued a RMA number. All orders returned without an RMA number will be return.

All items should be set up to make sure there is no damage or missing parts with in the first 21-days.

All returns or exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date.  All items must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging. Customer is responsible for insuring all packages returned. Item that are not re-sellable will be returned to customer with no refund. Customer is responsible for any insurance clams. (some exception do apply *) (exceptions are listed below)

* Inflatable Products: example: air mattress, inflatable ground tents or inflatable truck tents. These products can only be exchanged if found to be defective on delivery. These items should be check and inflated to make sure there are no problems. You must contact us within the first 10-days after delivery to arrange for the exchange. All products must be in like new condition. Used products will not be eligible for exchange even if within the 10-day period. We will be happy to replace any defective products no charge to you. Inflatable products can only be exchanged for same product and can not be returned for a refund. If you have a problem after the first 10 days you should contact the manufacture and file a clam against the warrantee if applicable.

Exchanges: We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. We will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site within the above mentioned time frames.  Please contact us for return/exchange information. In some cases the customer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and  shipping charges for both directions. If the mistake was on our end we will pay for the shipping.

Refund returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.   Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was free. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (Example: customers order was for $150 with free shipping...the customer will receive a refund of $150 minus the 20%, minus $11.50 for original shipping)
